The publication focuses on psychological methods of the distraction of the addressee’s consciousness and the influence on his unconsciousness. The direct suggestion is carried out through the utterances that affirm, state, ascertain something wished with the help of verbs in Präsens, utterances with the verbs in Imperativ, and utterances with the performative verbs that explicitly convey the kind of speech act being performed. The indirect suggestion in German spells is brought about by the use of parallel constructions, rhyme and rhythm, repetition, anaphora, chiasmus, inversion, enumeration and metaphors. </style>
<orig-pub><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Англійська</style></orig-pub></record></records></xml>
